Sign-ups for the Acalanes Computer Lab are scheduled online. There are 36 PC student workstations.
New faculty, please see Terri Catanesi for a brief orientation before scheduling a class in the Lab.
PROCEDURE FOR SIGNING UP FOR THE LAB:
Click HERE for the 316 LAB CALENDAR link or to the LEFT to view the Google calendar for available Lab dates.
Then click on the e-mail link for Terri Catanesi below to request a date(s) and period(s) and your Lab sign-up request will be added to the calendar (you will receive a confirmation email from me).
► NOTE: if you are using WEBMAIL the link will not work.
Copy and paste email@example.com into the To: line of your (web) e-mail message.
If you have special needs or requests, include them in your e-mail along with the date(s) and period(s) desired.
If your plans change, e-mail Terri Catanesi to remove your class from the Lab calendar so that another teacher
may sign up for it.
Sign up for the Library or a Device cart with Barbara or Alison in the Library.
Teachers: If you have signed up for the Lab on a day that you are unable to accompany your students
(i.e. last minute absence, planned absence), please make other lesson plans for your substitute
to remain in the classroom with your students.

► DO NOT disconnect or move any cable or equipment of any kind.
► No food, gum or liquids allowed (water bottle placed on floor is OK).
► Music may be listened to with the approval of your teacher in the Lab.
► If part of the assignment, printing is free. Otherwise, B/W copies are 10¢.
► Teachers must accompany their class to the Lab and remain with their class during Lab time.
